Why not put it in utils or games? I don't like too many toplevels in 
playground and then I don't see too many other emulations waiting
to enter KDE playground. BTW: kdeemulation is a very bad name, 
there are plenty of cheap KDE emulations out there already, no need
to add one to KDE itself ;)
