I compiled the kdelibs/kded/test module and installed it but how do i
activate it. And how are similar kded modules started. I mean what method do
I call to activate it. And does setIdleTimeout define the amount of time it
remains idle before terminating. Many of the method calls require the window
id as an argument. But I can't find any method in KMainWindow to get the id.

I need a kded module because not only does it just tell if a file is present
but also allows you to remove that entry or execute the command having the
file.
