Ok this isn't rocket science. Some of the wallpapers have been removed and 
this had been discussed on various mailing lists over the past few weeks.
In this particular case the Makefile.am hasn't been updated to reflect the 
removed file.
So either the file was removed accidentally or the makefile wasn't updated 
accidentally.

As you will also know, at the moment the 3.5 branch is in a commit freeze, so 
probably any developers who have spotted this haven't fixed it assuming that 
someone is already onto it.

Why are you trying to use kde from svn when you simply report every single 
compilation breakage to the development mailing lists? 
This is SVN, it is supposed to be the development tree, it is in a constant 
state of flux and at any time it may or may not compile. 
There's no reason for anyone who wants to use the svn sources not to use 
them... but you've got to start trying to resolve problems yourself.

Otherwise you might as well stick to using release tarballs.
