Well if the -pthread was actually needed in the gcc command line then we will
have problems. We need to find out why the CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS are being passed
to moc. If it's because moc needs the include paths, then we need to run
pkg-config --cflags-only-I, but only for moc (and similar tools).
