cd branches/work/non-x11-kde4
svn log --stop-on-copy

You'll see every change committed since it was branched. You can do the 
diff after you've found the proper revisions. They will probably be the 
same you'll use to merge (svn merge), which has a very similar syntax to 
svn diff.
