I wouldn't want this discussion to peter out on licensing issues.  We
should actually leave this decision to the contractor or company that's
publishing a job, letting him choose from a dropdown which kind of
target licensing they want.

And letting the applicant see, in red "This job requires a commercial Qt
license" (hyperlinked to the Buy QT License page, I'm sure the QT devels
would love that, and that's good) if that's the case.
