This got me thinking...

Would it be feasible (and excuse me beforehand for raising this issue on
what is probably not the best suited forum for the issue) to set up a
mailing list or forum for the purpose of letting developers in need for
cash and paying customers coordinate with low friction development of
custom software based on KDE technologies?

This should, of course, be publicized for it to have the desired effect.
