I tend to think that actions should be accessible through the menu... they are 
not _properties_ of the medium IMHO. But we're not forced to have a flat 
list, if it grows (for the moment we only have kfloppy anyway) those system 
actions should be in a sub-menu.

Oh, sorry I misunderstood you.
Should be doable by querying the mediamanager... or using KMountPoint.
