Your problem is clearly here. "-I/include/QtCore" looks pretty bad and is
defined in the pro file as $$QT_BUILD_TREE/include/QtCore - now QT_BUILD_TREE
is supposed to be set in .qmake.cache - perhaps that broke for you.
Remove that file, call ./config.status and look at the .qmake.cache it
generates.
