Doing svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/tags/KDE_3_4_0_RELEASE/kdelibs/ 
there isnt the subdir ~/admin and also in the rest in the modules and also 
there isnt in arts (svn co 
svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/tags/ARTS_1_4_0_RELEASE/)

Also i tried in the branch dir and it wasnt working, but now i see is working, 
but in tags dir no ~/admin
