Not with 3.4, but even in HEAD, context menu in KMail folder list has 
"Označit všechny zp&rávy jako přečtené"  (Mark All Messages as Read)
and 
"Všechny zp&rávy přesunout do koše" (Move All Message to Trash)
(both are using _r_)

Does kaccelmanager care only about main menu or is this something that it 
should take care of as well?
