For a non-kde application, running in a kde desktop, that needs to use
the kde proxy if there's one defined. And not, it cannot use KDE
libraries... Don't tell me is a mess, i already know it, but it needs to
be done it this way.

So, is all the data in "httpProxy", or there are more proxy variables?
