While in this thread - can someone tell me why, when you are downloading a 
file with HTTP whose size cannot be pre-determined (no content-length 
header), the progress dialog begins and stays at 100% complete?

Wouldn't it be better to either leave it at 0% in these cases, or disable it 
altogether? It is a bit confusing.
