Hello,

I've been coding konsole_part lately.  Testing it on the KDE programs that 
use, I've noticed strangeness when 'Close Terminal Emulator' menu item.

Kate:  Terminates the konsole_part; however, the space where it occupied is 
'empty'
KDevelop:  Looks like konsole_parts terminates and then a new konsole_part is 
created.
Konqueror: Terminates the konsole_part and behaves as one would expect.

Judging from the frame around the konsole_part, it looks like the apps handle 
the layout of the part differently.

Is this a konsole_part problem?  or the individual apps?
