Like the original poster wrote, it's inspired by yet another rambling, rant=

Well, if people like Eugenia feel better because there's a form on a websit=

similar facility somewhere, I stumbled over it once), that's something that=

can be implemented very quickly. And if the obvious uselessness of such a=20
facility offends you, think of it as promotional - as others keep pointing=

out, we do need more promotion anyways.
