First, I apologize for using the wrong connotation.  I guess I should have 
phrased it "Bugs I'd like to see squashed before 3.4" :)

I have a few comments/clarifications below though.

By a lot of icons, its not really that many.  Depending on resolution of 
course, but even at say 1280x1024, it only requires ~9 icons, which is easy 
for a lot of users, especially if they use the 'display device icons on 
desktop', as described by another user in the bug report.  It would be around 
6 icons on a 800x600 desktop.

Kuick was only brought up as another example.  The main issue is with most 
menu's which can have alot of entries (more prevalent being the Bookmarks 
menu, but once again, not limited too).  Even a Kmenu submenu entry could be 
extremely large (this happened about a month again in CVS when all the 
screensavers showed up under Applications).  Once again, I just wanted to 
stress its not only an addon-only problem.
