I'd like it even more if we don't need to configure it and let 
kio handle it automatically (error occurs -> try to schedule). 
At the moment the "enter username/passwort" dialog is opened in 
case of such an error, but I suspect the ftp server sends 
distinguishable errors for "wrong username/password" and "some 
other error". If not, we indeed need to make it configurable...
