This is totally not true. The EULA for the free Visual C++ tools is fairly 
breif and contains no such restrictions.

Though I can't find the EULA for Visual Studio .Net right now, given that the 
free for download compiler has no restrictions, I don't see how the one you 
have to pay for could have them, since it is the same compiler.
