For pure javascript parsing, you can use kdelibs/kjs/testkjs (use "make testkjs" to create it)
and give it a .js file (remove all HTML around the js script).

Otherwise I usually enable KJS_VERBOSE in kjs/global.h and recompile kjs+khtml,
then run the page in konqueror. But for #96315 it looks like it's pure JS stuff.
