Yeah, the minitools has always been dumb IMO ( but you can see that from my 
comments on the bug ). It gives absolutely 0 benefit from a security 
standpoint (all a bookmarklet can do is modify a page you are looking at, or 
open a window, and you have to have already manually added it, then clicked 
on it!), it introduces usability problems, makes lots of bookmarklets less 
usefull, and makes it so that you can't have them in your links toolbar 
anymore.
