Theres three to chose from:

activated( int ) emitted When a user selects an item, it gives the index
activated( const QString& )  emitted When a user selects an item, it gives the 
string of the item.

textChanged( const QString& ) emitted when a user is editing a string in the 
combobox if its editable.
