No, PyQt and PyKDE are still totally broken wrt. build != src. I talked to 
Simon about it, he wasn't convinced there's any necessity to make it work, 
and since there is no _policy_ that says it must work, only folks' 
expectations, I couldn't beat him over the head with anything more 
substantial that "everybody else does it".
