I've had this problem for about a week, even though I've updated to CVS-HEAD 
several times throughout the week.

I'm not sure what the difference between the two are. Whichever button looks 
like an arrow pointing to the edge of the screen, and when the arrow gets 
clicked, the Kicker panel "minimizes" to that corner of the screen so all you 
can see is an arrow to bring the panel back out again. I attached a 
screenshot of my desktop for clarity.

I don't know which setting in kickerrc corresponds to it. I searched for 
"scroll", "hide", and "right" but didn't come up with anything. I would 
exepect to see something like ShowRightPanelHideButton="false" or something 
like that.
