You could extent KApplication::authorizeURLAction with some additional=20
filtering logic. The current rules-based filtering doesn't work nicely if y=
ou=20
have a large list of hosts that you want to block, but you could add some=20
optional hook in there.

The basic idea is:
	if ((destClass =3D ":internet") &&
	   (destURL.host() =3D=3D "some.site.to.block.com"))
		return false;
