This is not really a kde-devel level question but a kde-linux one.
You need to add to your configure CXXFLAGS and/or CFLAGS the correct
qt lib to use. You'll need something like:

CXXFLAGS='-L/usr/lib -lqt-mt' ./configure <your config options>
