So, you didn't provide it either. See how easily it slips through. I actually 
almost forgot it myself!

If urls always were provided, less people would know about "bug:#".
I learned something today. Since people tend to not post the urls I thought 
there's gotta be a simple was to access bugs. And now I know.

I see little reason do debate this going on like "do - do not - do - do not". 
I learned something useful from your reaction though!
