Hello, Everyone
I assume that this is problably a result of the same problem that Nathan has 
been having, but just in case, here is the error that I get when I try to 
compile "arts" from CVS HEAD:

Operating System: Fedora Core 3, All official updates installed.
QT: 3.3.3 from Trolltech.com
KDE is from CVS HEAD
Our QT and KDE are both installed in /usr/local instead of the FC3 default 
of /usr.  Meaning, I did not overwrite the FC3 KDE and QT.  I export the 
appropriate path's in my ~/.bash_profile

Also like Nathan, I am also having problems with "kdelibs"  But that is better 
suited to a different part of this thread, or a completely new thread.....
