Hi,
I've written a patch for the taskbar.
The code adds the option to the taskbar, to show only the tasks which are on 
the xinerama screen, where the taskbar is located.

( Before I had two taskbars on my both screens, which showed the same tasks.
Now the two taskbars show only the apps, which are on the same screen. )

I've also added a checkable option to the kcontrol taskbar module.

However, since this is my first patch for kde, could someone please have a 
look at the patch and tell me if it's right / perhaps commit ?

I've already tested the patch with different configurations, also without 
xinerama, and it runs fine here.
