Recent versions of Qt should detect a PCH-capable compiler automatically, 
although you may have to explicitly enable a configure flag.

The KDE build infrastructure is being upgraded to support pch, in conjunction 
with unsermake.  Please see the unsermake readme file in kdenonbeta/unsermake 
for more information.
