I have a problem with Makefile.am and kconfig_compiler

I have that folder structure

base_dir:
	<some_classes>
	settings.kcfgc
	
	dialogs:
		<some_classes>
		teamdialog.cpp

	net:
		net_handler.cpp

The problem is that teamdialog.cpp needs to include settings.h that is 
generated by settings.kcfgc but as make tries to build the dialogs folder 
before creating settings.h from settings.kcfgc, the building of dialogs 
fails, any idea on how to ensure that settings.h is created before building 
teamdialog.cpp?

Moving settings.kcfgc to dialogs is not optimal as net_handler.cpp also needs 
to include settings.h
