It's kind of hard to tell what you are asking here. If you want to
download the source code for KDE programs, you can:

1) Download a tarball for an entire CVS module, or
2) Use webcvs to download individual files, or
3) Use anoncvs to download an entire CVS module (or parts of it)

Instructions for (3) can be found at
http://developer.kde.org/source/anoncvs.html ; nearly every distro comes
with CVS already installed, just type "cvs" at a shell prompt to see if
you've got it.
