Hi Dmitry,

Perhaps you want to have a look at kdiff3 which uses KDE-classes, but can also 
be compiled without. (Download the sourcepackage at 
http://kdiff3.sourceforge.net, which includes the "kreplacements"-subdir.) 
But this doesn't aim to be a small KDE by its own, but just enough for 
running this specific program without KDE. Some ifdefs are needed but not too 
many as you will see.
