This problem is not limited to KSysGuard.

The private icons were changed from HiColor to Crystal, but their configuration 
was not changed so that they could be themed and the HiColor icons were removed.

IMHO, this is an error.  Applications that do not use HiColor/LoColor icons 
should setup so that the icons can be themed.
