OK, I had nothing to do with anything in the release, but if that is the worst 
regression KDE have, they are doing  a lot better than most commercial 
packagers. I can count on one hand the number of times that I have detached a 
tab; and likewise with having the extra toolbar enabled. An easy workaround 
exists (just reenable it), and the comments in the bug question whether it is 
reproducable at all. From a scale to 1(worst) to 4 (which we usually use at 
work) that would rank 3, which we usually only fix it we happen upon that 
piece of code anyway.

So all in all, calm down. Please don't shackle developers with useless 
regression tests.
