Thanks a lot, I'll check this out. Funny how I didn't think to check 
Trolltech's site itself for docs. Also, is any of the material here 
invalidated by KDE-specific practices? Either way, this looks like it will go 
a long way toward helping me understand Qt/KDE programming. I do maintain 
Kaffeine for Debian, so I really ought to know this.
