Update:

$ bzgrep meinproc *
kdeaddons-failed-20040526.log.bz2:checking for meinproc... /usr/bin/meinproc
kdeaddons-failed-20040526.log.bz2:/usr/bin/meinproc --check --cache
index.cache.bz2 /home/amit/sources/kde/kdeaddons/doc/konq-plugins/khtmlsettings/index.docbook
kdeadmin-build-20040526.log.bz2:checking for meinproc... /usr/bin/meinproc

...

kdelibs-build-20040526.log.bz2:checking for meinproc... compiled

...

Which means it didn't compile meinproc, since I can't
find /home/amit/build/kde/kde-cvs-build/meinproc. However, kdelibs is built
completely, what could be causing this?
