I'm having the exact same problem. :-(

As far as I know, the files are generated by uic, which comes with Qt.  uic 
pulls from the Qt library directories as specified by qtconfig.  
kdelibs/kdewidgets extends the uic program by adding in the KDE Widgets, and 
that's how uic is supposed to know to include <kcombobox.h>.  Unfortunately, 
it doesn't seem to be working for me.

Are you using unsermake or --enable-final?  I've tried compiling with every 
variation of those two with no results.

If I find out how to fix it, I'll let you know.
