Excuse the blatant self-promotion, but I have been working on a script that 
will allow you to do just that (and more) which you can find at 
http://grammarian.homelinux.net/kdecvs-build/

The catch is that you have to set up a configuration file for it first (at 
~/.kdecvs-buildrc).  It does include a sample file, however.

Also, in kdesdk/scripts/, there is a script you can use called kde-build, 
which has been around much longer than my program, which may be suitable as 
well.
