One of the lines in the kdejava files is so long it exists a shell limit, 
which was a showstopper I think. The sources need to be split up into sub 
directories more, or not held in the cvs as they're autogenerated.

The are one or two other problems too I think which can actually be fixed. And 
people have sent patches to the kdebindings list, but I don't think all have 
been applied - we ought to have another look it really.
