How does khelpcenter display the default the TOC in the "Contents"
tab? When we built kdelibs-3.2.1, we used --prefix=/opt/kde321 with
--datadir=/opt/kde321/share/kde321 and
kde_htmldir=/opt/kde321/doc/kde321 (yes, odd setup). I also modified
kdelibs-3.2.1/kdecore/kstandarddirs.cpp and
kdelibs-3.2.1/kinit/autostart.cpp so that "share/doc/HTML/" was
changed to "doc/kde321/HTML/" and "share/" was changed to
"share/kde321/" to match the directory structure we want. When I run
an application, and select the application Help menu item, khelpcenter
is invoked and the help text for the application is displayed
correctly. However, the TOC in the "Contents" tab is always empty.

I know the setup we have is nonstandard and the fault lies in
something we have done so any pointers as to where to look for the
fault would be appreciated.
