Does anybody know wht kdevelop wont compile projects on Freebsd 5.2.1?

I have created a standard "Hello world" C++ project but when trying to compile

I get this after the "run automake and friends" prompt

*cd "/home/timh/test" && WANT_AUTOCONF_2_5="1" WANT_AUTOMAKE_1_6="1" gmake -f
Makefile.cvs && mkdir "/home/timh/test/debug" && cd "/home/timh/test/debug"
&& CXXFLAGS="-O0 -g3" "/home/timh/test/configure" --enable-debug=full && cd
"/home/timh/test/debug/src" && WANT_AUTOCONF_2_5="1" WANT_AUTOMAKE_1_6="1"
gmake -k test
*configure.in:3: warning: do not use m4_patsubst: use patsubst or m4_bpatsubst
*configure.in:10: warning: do not use m4_regexp: use regexp or m4_bregexp
*installing -c

This is the standard project directory setup with no edits to the project at
all.
