I can get around this by removing it or change it to:
friend class KMail::FolderJob;
However, that only pospones problems as I then error out later with
(on IRIX 6.5):
cc-1238 CC: ERROR File = kmacctimap.cpp, Line = 208
The member "KMail::ImapJob::mJob" is inaccessible.
