In your case, the menu file should be like this:

<Menu>
	<Menu>
		<Name>Multimedia</Name>
		<Menu>
			<Name>YourMenu</Name>
			<Include>
				<Category>CategoryYouWant</Category>
			</Include>
		</Menu>
	</Menu>
</Menu>

This was what I made when I tried.
