There are some image refs in the kdebase/ktip/tips file that aren't provided 
any more.

Kurt: can you double check these - it is mostly some of your kprinter tips.

I've committed a fix to HEAD, but maybe this needs to go into 3.2 as well. 
Commit as appropriate - I'm not confident to try it.
