:) you have my permission, of course!
I think that the more tutorials the better (some people prefer to have a user 
per kde version for safety, some prefer having 2 kde versions with one user)

I also think the wiki is a wonderful tool and it already has wonderful 
material on it.
-> why not an article on the dot about the wiki?
