The documentation of kdbgstream doesn't mention the purpose of the parameters 
of 2 of the constructors (see below). I noticed that the ark source code uses 
kdDebug(1601) but don't create a kdbgstream itself. Is there a relation?


kdbgstream (unsigned int _area, unsigned int _level, bool _print=true)

kdbgstream (const char *initialString, unsigned int _area, unsigned int 
_level, bool _print=true)
