Subject:    toolbar drop down menus?

I am trying to figure out how Konqueror and KMail do their drop down menus for 
buttons in the toolbar. In Konqueror, for example, the XMLUI file looks 
completely normal:

<ToolBar fullWidth="true" name="mainToolBar" newline="true"><text>Main 
Toolbar</text>
 <Action name="up"/>
 <Action name="back"/>
 <Action name="forward"/>
 <Action name="home"/>
 <Separator/>

I had a dig round in the actual code, but I got a bit lost. Can anyone point 
me in the right direction here?
