This intermittent behavior continues.
Does anyone have any ideas, or should I just file a Bug Report?

My new install of KDE-3.1.4 (new larger HD) now remembers which virtual desktop that I
previously was running an application in when I next open the application.
It didn't do this before. In some instances, this would be a feature, but when opening
something with Kedit it is a nuisance.
In any case, the problem is that I can't figure out how to control this behavior.
I looked through the whole: "Desktop" section in the Control Center and it isn't in the
menu editor either.
