I solved the multithreading problem, it didn't have anything to do with 
multithreading. I was using kdevelop and it seems that when you kdDebug() 
lot's of lines very fast, KDevelop little terminal gets confused and some 
lines were mixed up, at the same time, I had a bug in my code which made a 
weird behavour that was almost 'constant' with the output, but it's solved 
now.
