It only happens when you configure konqueror to use an external viewer for pdf 
files. So that when you click the link koqueror asks you to or "Save As" or 
"Open" the file if you open the file kget does not kick in but when you click 
"Save As" the url it turned over to kget and the error occurs. When you right 
click on the link and choose "Save Link As" The save as dialog indeed give 
you the filename docs-doc-download.php and kget kicjs in with a local 
filename docs-doc-download.php. The problem only appears when kget gets the 
filename from the "Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=" header
